We Are Harvest Generation

A church that is strong in the Word, strong in the Spirit, and strong in prayer,
we are all about building the next generation.
We believe in building a church where every member is discipled and released into God's calling for our lives.
We believe in building a church where every member is discipled
and released into God's calling for our lives.
From humble beginnings in 2006, Harvest Generation started in a small living room. We are where we are today because of God's faithfulness, and we know God has so much more in store.
We believe that God is going to use Harvest Generation in ways we cannot yet imagine—to impact the community, the nation, and the world. It's going to be an exciting journey ahead, and we're just getting started.

Our Essential Beliefs

We believe that the Holy Bible is the infallible, inerrant and the sole and final authority for all matters of faith and conduct as given in the original and accepted canon of scriptures

[2 Timothy 3:16]

We believe in the eternal Godhead as one God existing in three persons, God the Father, God the Son and God the Holy Spirit distinguishable but indivisible

[Matthew 28:19; 2 Corinthians 13:14]

We believe in God's work of creation as recorded in the Book of Genesis, the fall of man and his inability to attain divine righteousness

[Romans 5:12 & 18]

We believe in the Lord Jesus Christ, the Saviour of men, conceived through the Holy Spirit, born of the Virgin Mary, fully God and fully Man

[Luke 1:26-35; John 1:14-18; Isaiah 7:14; 9:6]

We believe Christ lived a sinless life, died on the cross for our sins, was buried and rose again on the third day, and appeared before His disciples

[1 Corinthians 15:1-4; Romans 4:25]

We believe Christ ascended in the flesh into heaven witnessed by His disciples and He will one day return in the same manner a second time for His Church

[Acts 1:9-11; 1 Thessalonians 4:13-18]

We believe Christ's sacrifice on the cross is the absolute, all-sufficient work of redemption for our sins

[Romans 6:6-11]

We believe we have been saved by grace through faith in Christ Jesus

[Ephesians 2:8]

We believe in the necessity of water baptism by immersion in the Name of the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit in order to fulfill the command of the Lord Jesus Christ

[John 3:5]

We believe in the baptism of the Holy Spirit as a real experience at or subsequent to salvation, with the scriptural evidence, namely, speaking in other tongues as the Spirit gives utterance

[Acts 2:1-4; 8:14-17; 10:44-45; Galatians 3:14]

We believe in the table of the Lord, commonly called the Communion or the Lord's Supper, for believers

[1 Corinthians 11:28-32; Matthew 26:26-28]

We believe in the operation of the gifts and ministries of the Spirit as enumerated in 1 Corinthians 12-14 and Ephesians 4, as manifested in the early Church

[1 Corinthians 12-14; Ephesians 4]

We believe in a life separated from worldliness through the constant infilling of the Holy Spirit and the purifying power of the Word of God

[2 Corinthians 6:14 & 17; Ephesians 4: 21-24, 5:26]

We believe that God calls us to sexual purity and that sexual activity is confined within a marriage between a man and a woman

[Genesis 2:24; Hebrews 13:4]

We believe that God has called us to be good stewards of our finances and that our tithes and offerings are given cheerfully and out of our freewill

[Proverbs 3:9-10; Malachi 3:8-12]

We believe in eternal life for believers (John 3:16) and eternal punishment for the Devil, his angels and all who deny Christ (Revelation 20:10-15)

[John 3:16; Revelation 20:10-15]

We believe that Government is ordained of God for our good. To resist the powers and the ordinances is to resist the ordinance of God. We will be loyal to our Government and its leaders, and will assist in every way possible, consistent with our faith in the scriptures as Christian citizens

[Romans 13:1-7]
